Mos Def - The Ecstatic

The Ecstatic by Mos Def is one of those albums that just makes you feel good and feels fresh every single time you put it on.  Nothing feels forced.  Mos Def throws out a lot of the normal hip hop rules, mixing the album with Middle Eastern and psychedelic vibes.  

This is one of those late night kinda albums where you are along for the ride, inventive and full of sharp rhymes of pure storytelling.  A highly recommended hip hop masterpiece.
